Google OAuth & API Data Disclosure

To facilitate advanced scheduling and report management, our Portal integrates with Google Calendar and Google Drive. We strictly comply with Google's API policies and value your privacy above all.

Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance:Revenite CRM's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

1. Introduction

Revenite Financial Services ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use our client and agent portals (accessible at https://app.revenitefinancialservices.com) and associated services (collectively, the "Portal").

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, information collected automatically, and information from third-party integrations:

  • Account Information: Name, email address, password, role (Agent, Trainee, Client), and associated office or manager ID.
  • Financial and Client Discovery Data: Information entered in our client discovery and onboarding forms to manage your Revenite Financial Program and coordinate with your advisor.
  • Usage Data: IP addresses, browser types, access times, and page interaction records.

3. Google OAuth Scopes & Data Usage

When you connect your Google Account to the Portal, we request access to the following scopes to enable core app functionality. We only access and use this data to perform these specific actions on your behalf:

Google Calendar

We read, create, update, and delete calendar events. This allows agents and clients to schedule, sync, view, and manage financial planning appointments, client discovery sessions, and review meetings directly within their Google Calendar. We store only Google Calendar event IDs and meeting metadata to link events to clients.

Google Drive (File-specific)
.../auth/drive.file

We access your Google Drive strictly to upload, create, and open files. Under the drive.file scope, the Portal *only* accesses files that have been created or opened by the Portal. This allows you to securely export generated program reports, documents, and files directly to your Google Drive.

4. How We Use Your Information

We process your personal and API data based on legitimate business interests, performance of services, or compliance with legal obligations. We use the data to:

  • Provide, maintain, and secure the Portal.
  • Manage your Revenite Financial Program and advisor collaboration.
  • Sync calendar events and manage document exports to Google Drive.
  • Facilitate agent-client communications via email templates.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data or Google user data with third parties. We only share information with trusted third-party providers under strict data processing agreements to perform necessary services for us:

  • Database Hosting: Google Cloud SQL (PostgreSQL).
  • Communication Services: Resend (email delivery).
  • Financial Aggregation: MX (if opted-in by the client for transaction syncing).

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your information. This includes end-to-end encryption of data in transit and at rest, restricted access controls for internal staff, and regular security reviews of our hosting architecture.
