1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to the Revenite Financial Services Portal (the "Portal"). By accessing or using the Portal (accessible at https://app.revenitefinancialservices.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Portal.

2. Description of Service

The Portal is a financial services management platform designed for independent agents and their clients. It facilitates the entire lifecycle of a financial engagement, including lead capture, detailed financial discovery (Pickup form), real-time report generation, and the creation of custom Financial Solution Proposals (FSP) to assist in financial planning.

3. User Accounts and Security

To use the Portal, you may be required to sign in via Google OAuth or credentials provided by us. You are fully responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in unauthorized, harmful, or fraudulent activities.

4. Third-Party Integrations and Google APIs

The Portal offers optional integrations with Google Calendar and Google Drive to allow for meeting synchronization and direct document uploading/exporting.

• By enabling these integrations, you grant the Portal permission to access your Google Account resources as permitted by the requested OAuth scopes.
• Your use of Google services is governed by Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policies.
• We adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

5. Prohibited Conduct

As a user of the Portal, you agree not to:

• Use the Portal for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Input false, misleading, or deceptive financial parameters or user information.
• Attempt to disrupt, disable, or interfere with the security or performance of the Portal, its servers, or its databases.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or copy any software code, designs, or structures of the Portal.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revenite Financial Services and its affiliates, officers, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Portal.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Portal.
• Any content or financial predictions generated within any Financial Solution Proposal (FSP). The proposals are for educational and planning purposes and do not constitute formal, legally binding investment advice.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will post any changes directly on this page and update the "Last Updated" date at the top. Your continued use of the Portal following the posting of any modifications constitutes acceptance of those changes.
